AI agents that work inside your business — not beside it.

Most automation follows scripts. Agents follow context. They read what is actually happening, decide what to do next, and take the action — without a person waiting at every step. Built custom, in the stack you already run.

In short

An AI agent is software that reads your live business data, decides what to do under rules you set, and performs the action in your real tools. Unlike a workflow that breaks the moment reality differs from the flowchart, an agent handles the exceptions that make up most of the work.

The problem

You already know which work is eating the week.

The same decision, four hundred times

Someone reads an email, works out which account it belongs to, checks two systems, and updates a third. It takes ninety seconds and it happens all day. No single instance is worth automating, which is exactly why it never gets automated.

Rules that only live in someone's head

The person who knows which exceptions matter is the bottleneck, and their knowledge is not written down anywhere. When they are on holiday, the work either stops or gets done wrong.

Automation that broke on contact with reality

You bought a workflow tool. It handles the clean path. The moment an input is malformed, a field is empty, or a customer does something slightly unusual, it fails silently or dumps the task back on a human.

Work that is invisible until it is late

Nobody notices the queue growing until a customer complains. There is no measurement, so there is no warning.

What we build

What an agent actually does.

01

Reads your real data

Connects to the systems you already run — CRM, inbox, calendar, database, ticketing, billing — through their own APIs. No CSV exports, no copy-paste layer, no separate place to check.

02

Decides under rules you wrote

You define what it may do, what it must escalate, and what it must never touch. The rules are explicit and editable, not buried in a prompt you cannot see.

03

Takes the action

Creates the record, sends the reply, moves the pipeline stage, books the slot, raises the invoice. Reading and reporting is the easy half; doing the work is the point.

04

Escalates instead of guessing

When confidence is low or the case falls outside its rules, it hands off to a named human with the context attached, rather than inventing an answer or failing silently.

05

Logs every move

Every decision, input and action is recorded and reviewable. You can answer 'why did it do that' months later, which is the difference between a system you trust and one you supervise.

06

Fails loudly

A broken integration, a rejected write, a rate limit — these surface as alerts, not as a quietly empty queue. Silence is never treated as success.

How it works

From first call to running in production.

01  ·  Week 1

Scope the one process

We pick the single process that costs you the most time per week and map it end to end — inputs, decisions, exceptions, systems touched, who currently does it. You get the map whether or not you continue.

02  ·  Weeks 1–2

Build against your real data

The agent is built in your stack, tested on your actual records, not a demo dataset. Exceptions are found here, in build, rather than in production on a live customer.

03  ·  Week 2

Shadow run

It runs alongside the human process and proposes actions without executing them. You compare its decisions to what your team would have done, and tune the rules before it touches anything real.

04  ·  Week 2–3

Cut over and hand the keys

It takes the work. You get the code, the infrastructure, the credentials and the documentation. If you stop working with us the agent keeps running.

What you get

Included in every engagement.

  • Process map of the workflow, yours to keep whether or not you proceed
  • The agent, built into your existing stack
  • Explicit, editable rules for what it may and may not do
  • Full decision and action logging with a review interface
  • Escalation paths to named humans with context attached
  • Alerting on failed integrations and rejected writes
  • Handover documentation written for your team, not for us
  • Source code and infrastructure transferred in full

Fit

When this is the right call — and when it isn't.

A good fit if

  • A process with clear rules that still needs judgement on the edges
  • High volume of small decisions rather than a few large ones
  • Data that lives in systems with an API
  • Someone internally who can answer 'what should happen when…'

Not the right call if

  • A process nobody can describe yet — map it first, we will help
  • Work requiring a licensed professional's sign-off
  • One-off migrations, which are a script, not an agent
  • Anything where a wrong action is unrecoverable and unreviewable

Asked first

AI Agents, answered.

Who owns the agent?

You do, completely. Built inside your environment, connected to your accounts. Zero lock-in.

Do we need a technical team to manage it?

No. The agent runs automatically. We document the configuration and train whoever needs to understand the rules. Most clients have zero internal dev involvement after deployment.

What tools can agents integrate with?

Any tool with an API. CRMs, email platforms, project management tools, databases, Slack, and hundreds more. We build around your existing stack.

What happens when the agent gets it wrong?

Every action is logged and reversible where the underlying system allows it. Low-confidence cases escalate to a human before acting rather than after. During the shadow run you see its decisions without any of them executing, which is where most rule errors are caught.

Do we need to replace our current tools?

No. The agent is built into the stack you already run. Replacing your CRM is a much bigger project than automating the work inside it, and we would rather not sell you the bigger project.

Who owns the agent when the engagement ends?

You do — code, infrastructure and credentials, transferred in full. There is no license, no per-seat fee and no hosting lock-in. If you stop working with us tomorrow it keeps running.

How is this different from a Zapier or Make workflow?

A workflow executes a fixed sequence you defined in advance. An agent reads context and decides. If your process genuinely never varies, a workflow is cheaper and you should use one — we will tell you when that is the case.
