What does it cost?

It depends on how many processes you're automating, how many tools are involved, and the complexity of the logic. We scope a custom quote on a short call — there's no fixed package price.

Do you lock us into a specific platform?

No. We build on n8n, Zapier, Make, or directly against APIs — whatever fits your stack best. There's no proprietary platform you have to keep paying us for; the automation lives in your accounts.

How reliable are the automations?

Built to run unattended. Every workflow includes retry logic, failure handling, and alerting, and we run it alongside your manual process until the output is proven. You own the system and can pause or override any step.

Can we expand or modify it after handoff?

Yes. Full documentation is part of every delivery. We train your team on how the automation works and how to modify it. Most clients handle minor adjustments themselves; we're available for bigger expansions when needed.

What happens when an automation breaks?

Every automation we build includes error handling, retry logic, and alert routing. When something fails, you or your team gets notified immediately with enough context to understand what happened — not just a generic error message.

Which platform do you build on?

It depends on what your stack supports. We use n8n, Zapier, or Make for most standard automations. For more complex logic or custom integrations, we build directly against the relevant APIs. We pick the right tool for the job — not the one we prefer.

Should this be a workflow or an agent?

If the process follows the same path almost every time, a workflow is cheaper, faster to build and easier to reason about — use one. If most of the work is handling cases that differ, a workflow will break constantly and you want an agent. We will tell you which you actually need, including when the answer is the cheaper one.

What if our process changes?

You get the source and the documentation, so your team can change it. Where a change is structural rather than cosmetic we can do it, but you are never blocked waiting for us.

How do we know it is still working?

Failure alerting is part of the build, and it is not optional. The dangerous failure mode for automation is not an error — it is a queue that quietly stops moving while everyone assumes it is fine.
